HOGWASH!!!!!! When BGL files the lawsuit in the appropriate court, then there will be something to mention. Otherwise, this is all just posturing. BGL knows CM has over a billion worth of gold and silver. But BGL has not put any legal effort since Sept 2010 when they got news that their lower case ruling was not competent and that matter would have to be addressed in the Federal Court.

BGL has offered MSJ a 6 million fix and then since MSJ did not respond they rescinded the offer.

My take is there is value at CM and I hope SRGE shareholders are rewarded. I believe they will be because of Rockridge and Novamex.
