SOLID POST! Seems like there is some clarification here. If i am understanding numbers 1 and 2 correctly, it appears as if Regen submitted the IND on Feb 5, and the FDA took about a month to fulfill number 2 on your post. Which makes sense when it comes to government agency time frames. Thus, we may have all been wrong about the 30 days starting at or around Feb 5 and it actually starts around yesterday...what do others think???
