I think they got the number a few weeks ago but fired off the pr yuesterday to calm everyone down.....I also think they were informed of other info needed concerning the conducting of the trials some time ago and that the company has most likely repsonded and is awating approval of the updated trial info for the GREEN LIGHT, which is why I think we get sadi green light relly at any time, but before month end...just to draw some imaginary line in the sand.

since the FDA may have laid off people for the sequester, things may be slightly behind at the FDA headquarters. Go BMSN
