I had a name for my company register trademarked and I received a registration number before it was actually accepted...so I could check the status with that number...just saying, could be the same situation

2. You will receive a ‘Letter of Acknowledgement’ with IND/IDE #, date of receipt, Project Manager contact information. The 30 day clock is ticking!
3. A group of experts will review your submission
4. The reviewers will comment and/or request changes to your proposal. OR You will receive a letter of ‘No Objections’ and may begin your study OR You will not receive any communication from FDA. After 30 days, you may begin the study.
This is a game changer. Five cents is still WAY under valued. imho. We are talking life saving potential, turning back the hands of time, fountain of youth type of potential.
I don't believe The ind number would of been assigned if there wasn't growth potential. Issuing the ind number just to junk it? That would be a waist of time. BMSN is looking up. Our children's Children will reap the benefits of this one.
