Holy crap is that math ever f***ed up..

4% = 4/100

so 4:100 as 28,000,000,000:x right? (x = total shares, if this average holds..)

cross multiply:

100*28,000,000,000 / 4 = x

x = 700,000,000,000 shares. Looks like a pretty accurate formula to me hahaha
