another way to look at these numbers....

for every 4% of shareholder base they represent 28 billion shares.... so 100/.04 = 2,500 x 28 B = 70,000,000,000,000 WOE! 70 TRILLION.... I'D SAY THAT'S HIGH AT 35 MILL AVERAGE.... THERE WILL BE A LOT OF 5 MILL OR LESS SHOW UP.... HOWVER 7 TRILLION IS NOT OUT OF THE BALL PARK IMO!
