looks like we will open up at the .01 level today, EOD yesterday there seemed to be under 200k shares left at .01 level

Are we getting restricted shares that can't be traded for 6 months? I thought I read somewhere that no other shares would be issued besides the divy shares for the 1st 6 months but I didn't think ours were restricted.
