No, 1.5M shares are exempt from Rule 144. Rule 144 applies to CMGO shares and insiders.

When l said that spin off shares wont be free trading for 4 months to a year. I was laughted at and some poster said OH no 4 or 5 weeks at the most. Right now does anyone know who the underwriter is??
