and just what do you think will come of that? srge is deep in debt, creditors will get their money first and more than likely, there wasn't any cash involved in the sale...srge bought the properties with shares and probably sold them the same way...I doubt there was any money that changed hands

SRGE was NOT bought out! They sold their assets which is completely different than a buyout
