The fact that SRGE appears to have sold or merged all assets into Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. does not seem like wild speculation based on the Feb 11 PR from Minera and this:

But yes, we await the details as to how shareholders will be treated. That's where the wild speculation from both sides is.
