SRGE has no assets at this point in time IMO. The purchase details are what we are waiting to hear from the February 11 PR. The way I see it Southridge Enterprises, Inc. and subsidiary Southridge Minerals, Inc. were bot out. The big question is for what purchase price? Cash? Shares in new company?

"Jaime Arturo Anaya Trejo , represented that acquisition was signatured on February 11, 2013, and that purchase details in planning for another writing of events."

grego68, read the past press releases where SRGE said three NYSE big boys were interested in Cinco Minas which had a price tag of $550 to $600 million dollars.

Maybe Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. didn't have to come up with the cash. Just absorb shareholders in an exchange agreement along with the debt like Buybio2 mentioned. Novamax I think it was and we all move to a new exchange with shareholders wealth preserved. Like a transplant, only into a stronger body.

One other thing to consider is the news Monday night from MSJ that with the stroke of a pen they acquired assets. I'm wondering if that will be the date of record for shareholders to be included in
the exchange of shares agreement.
