My understanding is that only the mining properties have been bought. If that's the case, then SRGE itself remains, it just has no assets.

I have seen no mention that Southridge Enterprises was sold, but their mining properties were.

The property was taken back by MSJ and not the MSJ that everyone thinks is part of some other gold company either.

SRGE WAS NOT BOUGHT OUT!!It is,was a scam that put out a bunch of lies,until the SEC stepped in and suspended trading,sending it to the grey market,where it remains a dying corpse,barely trading at .0001-.0002!
The Feb. PR was phony like the JV Kinross PR that got them suspended.Their office was a fake,their execs were a fake and their website was a photoshopped fake!!Shareholders will never recoup their losses!! It is a total lie to state that news is coming that will make shareholders rich!!The recent "magic" PR was also a fake,so where do we stand??We have a scam,nearly worthless,never coming back in spite of wishful thinking!!There are no shorts,so please,ENOUGH ALREADY,! It's over,and can we leave BGL out of this board!!It's a small Canadian mining company that no one here owns any shares,just a fake distraction from those who refuse to face the reality that SRGE is a dead scam,never coming back!?
