grego68, that's the way I read it too.

My understanding is that only the mining properties have been bought. If that's the case, then SRGE itself remains, it just has no assets.

I have seen no mention that Southridge Enterprises was sold, but their mining properties were.

If SRGE was bought out then all the company liabilities would have to be assumed by MSJ as well. I don't see this happening, and the MSJ PR would have stated a company BUYOUT, not just ACQUIRE operations and properties. I wonder if they acquired the assets in lieu of debts or past obligations. Either way, it looks like the SRGE shareholders get to keep the SRGE management and the SRGE corporate offices in TX and Mexico. Problem is that neither management nor the offices seem to now exist.
