both Seth and DocH got a whole lot to lose. If Seth falls under another settlement for fraud, he is going to be ruined for life even banned by the SEC. Any OTC stock registered in Nevada and Arizone tend to be Pump and Dump. Nevada and Arizona registered companies on OTC = SCAMS.
