Anti: Good point. WE are really working on a settlement. I will have news Monday or Tuesday if the first milestone in this settlement is reached. I will let you know. In fact I will let you know right now what that milestone is. Seth will have his lawyers send a standown email without prejudice to IMUN's case that they will stand down from working on this case. This will give Dr. Harnoy time to acquire funds to fund the settlement and continue the Thai trials. This should not be read as any admission on either Dr. Harnoy or Seth that their position is weak or some sort of acknowledgment from Seth or Harnoy that either is culpable. Remember every thing so far are allegations, partial information and put forth to incite emotions in the various sides. Just remember the famous line in Julius Ceasar: : "I come here to bury Caesar, not praise him". Bullshit. The guy who said that wanted to incite mob violence for his own ends.
We do not need that now. We want calm so cooler heads can prevail.
