What does that have to do with ANYTHING I have posted?

We are supposedly discussing whether a settlement was offered and why IMUN wants only cash back and not stock.

Of COURSE IMUN knew about Dr. Har-Noy's background!!! Are you kidding? You can't be serious in thinking they didn't know... A third grader could find it in 10 minutes on the internet.

Your intent and job on this board is obviously to blindly defend Seth Shaw, and when you have no answer to the real questions, to cast aspersion and direct the discussion elsewhere.

If this this your job, that's OK, and we all must do what we think is right.

However, there are REAL investors here that are getting ROYALLY screwed out of owning what will probably the greatest oncologic advance in 50 years. Hopefully, these real investors will come together.

I find it inconcievable that IMUN did not know about DR. Har-Noy's background. I have been with him at many important presentations to potential investors and other potential business relationships. In every instance he has started off with full disclosure of his previous legal problem. I know for a fact that Dr Har-Noy has in his possesion an email sent to Shaw/Treminio that includes a document reveiling this issue before any relationship started. This will become apparent during discovery in the inevitable legal proceedings. What will they say..."Dah, we never read that". Some due dilagence! Some CEO's!
