I absolutely cannot believe that you really think that Seth Shaw and Antonio Treminio didn't know about Dr. Har-Noy's background.
You mean to tell me that they do NO diligence before a major deal? Oh, come ON.....
I think they LOVED Dr. Har-Noy's background, because they knew it would be a nice trump card to use to screw him later.
I'm sure they walked away from the deal signing with smiles on their faces thinking "we really got one here..haha"
As far as using this in court, a 25-year-old conviction will likely have no bearing on the proceeding - but we'll have to wait and see.
But please, don't continue to insult the intelligence of the investors on this board by making out like this was a big suprise.
