I have a copy of the email Dr. Har-Noy sent Seth Shaw in December offering a settlement of shares. There were other emails before this. All these emails respectfully asked for some type of settlement; they were all BEFORE the termination letter.
I don't have legal authority to post them yet, but they exist. Seth has them. They are a matter of record, with dates and IP addresses. If I get permission to post them I will, but I'm sure you can get them from Seth.
Alas, the first stone was not cast by Har-Noy. The termination letter wasn't a first strike, but a last resort.
All of these documents will come out in the legal battle. I agree with you, though, that it's a shame it has to be this way. We could all get together and get rich...
