MHB: I would love to help IMUN with a settlement. However it is out of my control now that lawyers are involved.

I hate that IMUN & ITL will be paying money to lawyers that could go towards advancing the cause for all of us. It was the Dr. who threw the first stone. IMUN was well on its way to raising more money for Dr. Harnoy. I know you have the ability to talk some sense into the Dr. He must direct his attorneys to open a dialogue with IMUN'S attorneys if there is going to be any possibly of resolving this conflict. The Dr. always spoke so passionately about saving lives. Did he not take into account what would happen when he filed a Wrongful Termination Notice. It would go a long way if Dr. Harnoy offered an olive branch and withdrew his notice and started negotiating. Then we can all focus on raising money for Cancer patients and the FDA approval not for lawyers.Please use your influence to bring everyone to the table.
