I think the raising of funds is the key ... along with forstalling any legal actions by the gulliblers. I think it is also a partial pay off to Stoecklein, who will no doubt, also have his hand in the pie. Maybe that other goofball attorney, Frizzy, too.

I'm not sure if Urbie is trying to prove a short, or else raise funds through transfer fees?

That's true. I'd forgotten. Was there any SEC or judicial order issued in connection with that?

Also, by Urbie and family not requesting shares, unless they have none, that will mean it will be even easier to get shares to everyone.

And don't forget that probably many people with very small "investments" won't bother to request certs.
