It seems the company has set up to disprove any short. By disallowing IRA shareholders from getting their certs, that will mean that many less people will be getting their shares.
BTW, JagMedia tried this same thing and were shot down.
Also, by Urbie and family not requesting shares, unless they have none, that will mean it will be even easier to get shares to everyone.
I'm not sure if Urbie is trying to prove a short, or else raise funds through transfer fees?
