She was was unable to comment except to say that there is an ongoing investigation and they are not able to say anything either by e-mail, phone conversation, or press release. Unfortunately, in a likelihood, it is over for SRGE. These investigations 99.99% of the time result in revocation for the stock and bars from any connection to any publicly traded entity for the officers and directors of the corp. and maybe a small fine relative to the amounts of money they generated from you investors. Disgorgement would be nice but that is never handed over to investors.
Sadly, I think you have lost all of your money unless you are able to sell it now, albeit at a huge loss no doubt.
