These investigations 99.99% of the time result in revocation for the stock and bars from any connection to any publicly traded entity for the officers and directors of the corp.

Unfortunately SRGE doesn't have any registered stock. So probably it'll just languish on the Greys forever, unless it stops trading altogether and FINRA deletes the ticker.

But the answering service woman was certainly wrong about their "not being able" to put out PRs. They can most certainly do that. Though it would be unwise for them to issue the kind of announcement they've made in the recent past.
