Mr Folger, I would like some clarity prior to my vote. You mentioned that you met with the directors and brewer about one month ago. It appears that about a month ago Acyd float began another increase and one month later appears to indicate another sixty million added to float resulting in a 33 percent increase! I am confused and concerned because it was my understanding that Acyd had previously arranged one mil in financing and only 50k used up. This financing was to be applied toward operations capital, so i do not see need for acyd mgmt to (dilute) sell shares. I am not privy to acyd decisions, so...Thanks in advance for setting the float record straight.
