Under YOUR watch, the shares that I bought at .037 and .016 are now worth around .001. Fact. So you'll understand why I don't trust your decision-making, ability to use investors' money wisely, or ability to run a company. Which is why I think it would be foolish to sign my name to your proxy vote. If I see the share price get back to my average cost, or you would like to buy them from me at my average cost, then I'd reconsider. But the past 1.5 years have shown me that you should NOT be entrusted with other people's money.
