Buyout of Cinco Minas is very real. There will be a logical explanation for the divy 'retractment'. Seems to be mainly ETrade, TDA and Scottrade (all owned by SRGE Shorts NITE/ETRF). My Barclay's divy has NOT been retracted. With an expected update before Monday's open on Greys I would not be counting SRGE out at all!! Alot of longs hold the 215M Float and will not be shaken out until Cinco Minas buyout happens and the 20C per share divy paid. Shorty is very, very nervous still and quite rightly! Their SEC suspension could backfire straight back up in their criminal faces! :0)

i see thanks srge ceo need hire some one who knows rule and law between wallstreet,and sec ,then srge won't get trouble any more look now ceo got wrong and very bad NYSE kgc just why we are in hell now , only buy out deal is done i will get back my $87000 . this is reason i still keep my last dream here buy out, if it won't be come ture kiss my money goodbye ,grey market=hell no one alive
