The float is a lot more than 215 million; that's why the criminals behind SRGE gagged the TA at the same time as they issued a few more hundreds of million of shares into the A/S.

Besides, anyone smart (and rich - shorting penny stocks requires very deep pockets) enough to have shorted SRGE will be able to cover at a fraction of the pre-suspension price in the days and weeks after Monday when SRGE slumps on to the Grey Market.
