You can always tell when someone is lying. They feel the need to embellish everything. Tops in the USA? LOL A first year law student would know better.

But hey thanks for providing the SEC with another person to send the subpoena to, seeing that you are stating that you rely on counsel.

BTW, what happened to that lawsuit you claimed to have filed against Simon last week? Guessing that never happened?

Lawyers Lolzzz..Beware that Internet posters, not only on the original message board where this disclaimer was discovered, but other message boards not limited to the originating website may be increasing or decreasing their share positions in a security regardless of what they are posting and/or may be compensated in some way from a company or 3rd party investor in the company mentioned in the post. The non affiliated third parties who compensate may or may not have shares and may liquidate, which could affect the stock price. Assume that any security mentioned is owned by MoMoRaptor and may be buying or selling or adding or subtracting from a position they may have regardless of anything said, inferred, construed, or believed before or after starting a company profile. Always do your own due diligence

"Nope, my Securities Lawyer disagrees! and he is top in USA!!!"

While a top class Securities Lawyer might be helpful to you in the future, if he is saying that selective disclosure of price sensitive information on SRGE to a select group is okay, then in reality he's a very bad lawyer indeed.

Even though that "information" is non-existent or entirely untrue, and everything that has been claimed about SRGE on a new exchange - SRGE will be on the Grey Market for the rest of its existence - and so-called shorts is false, that will be no defense in the eyes of the law.
