While a top class Securities Lawyer might be helpful to you in the future, if he is saying that selective disclosure of price sensitive information on SRGE to a select group is okay, then in reality he's a very bad lawyer indeed.
Even though that "information" is non-existent or entirely untrue, and everything that has been claimed about SRGE on a new exchange - SRGE will be on the Grey Market for the rest of its existence - and so-called shorts is false, that will be no defense in the eyes of the law.
