Lol yup. I reckon if SRGE announces a 20C special dividend on buyout news and even if this payment were paid to SRGE shareholders..it would still be labelled a scam!

How many times does SRGE have to fool you before you understand that there is nothing to SRGE but press releases.

The SEC has a pretty good track record of accuracy when it suspends companies. Read up on enforcement action at the SEC website, suspensions are serious and not done on a whim or by accident.
There are some pretty whacky theories on what will happen when SRGE resumes, however the payment of a 20 cent dividend is just plain absurd.
