The SEC has a pretty good track record of accuracy when it suspends companies. Read up on enforcement action at the SEC website, suspensions are serious and not done on a whim or by accident. There are some pretty whacky theories on what will happen when SRGE resumes, however the payment of a 20 cent dividend is just plain absurd.
