IMO, that leads me to think LU will get close to what IDCC wants but still be able to say it's a win/win for both sides. IMO, like NOK, LU doesn't want a all out win by IDCC. That would open ever door IDCC has been knocking on.

Most believe that the Markman results and the deposition concerning destruction of critical evidence gives IDCC the edge.

Shouldn't these two issues weigh in favor of settlement?
