IIRC one of the requirements for pinks sheets is to have a MM. Thus no MM, you drop to grey sheets.

OTC Markets Group segments stocks quoted on our OTC Link TM system into 3 tiers: OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink. OTC securities that do not have bid or ask quotations in the OTC Link system are Other OTC securities and may be quoted only on FINRA's OTCBB or may be traded in the Grey Market, where no bid and ask information is available. Due to the lack of pre-trade data, Grey Market securities tend to be relatively illiquid.

I don't know. It is kind of odd as a stock kicked from the NAS should just be pink. If you are really interested ask OTCMarkets, if you do post their answer here as I am curious as well.
