I received an answer pretty quick.

"The security was halted by NASDAQ from 5/21/2012 till 9/25/2012 when it was delisted. Since it was halted the security lost its piggy-back qualification and market makers were unable to quote it once it was delisted."

Now we need to study what that is all about :-)
