Do you know why SCEI is trading on the grey market? It wasn't suspended by the SEC but it was delisted by Nasdaq. Is it temporary because the delisting wasn't definitive or is it because they can't find a market maker? What are the other reasons for stocks to end up on the grey market after they have been delisted by Nasdaq?
