Yes, creating that sales force one way or the other seems critical IMO, Real. My point was that hiring such a force does not seem economically feasible at the moment. Hence, one person can only do so much and at least he is pleasant and helpful when he does it. One critique I would have of management is too much Wall Street talk IMO. They end up boxed into too many inferred "promises" that didn't have to be stated that way IMO. Worldwide sales force?! I think I would have said something like, "We hope to continue to expand sales channels on a national and international basis through various standard and innovative means." But hindsight is 20-20. I suppose SH's could ask for GTC sales projections--20% per year, 100% per year whatever. I don't know all the answers but I am growing to appreciate the GTC technology and would love to see it diffused more rapidly. That would be more sales I guess if it happens through GTC.
