indyjones, back in Feb. 2012 (around the same time as the PR link i've attached, I believe), there was mention by the Company of GTC's intent for a "worldwide sales force".

To be quite frank, I don't really care at this point how nice or knowledgable Mr. Phipps is. As a long-term shareholder, I want substantial positive results. It is way past time for results.
