Could be they need to up list as part of the buyout/JV.. I heard to up list there is a criteria list which includes certain amount of equity available!! SRGE is taking care of business as needed to bring shareholder value!! Nice update today showing O/S SHARES STAYS THE SAME AS BEFORE THE INCREASE A/S Needed for JV AND DEALS!!

flemdog33, the 500 mil could be for the JV of the large NYSE firm. I give you $600 mil and get 500 mil in return to be part of the large JV. IMO, any JV for the Cinco Minas operation may also include the others from the same partner so 500 mil to the partner for a large cash contribution doesn't seem out of line IMO. But for those that are scared about the new 500 mil addition going to the authorized and then to the o/s, assume this for the share price worst case. Simplistic look.

$600 mil cash profit inflow to SRGE/1.5 bil o/s = $.40 EPS x 10 PE = $4 per share. 20 PE = $8 per share.

But then it sorta contradicts their PR of a sale of cinco for at least 550m dollars. If I owned a mine and were in the process of selling it for 550m why would I need to increase A/S for future business?

Exactly. Cross it off along with that 20 cent dividend. No $550 million, no money to pay an extravagant divvy.

WHY ADD 1/2 BILLION SHARES when there is SUPPOSEDLY a HUGE SALE IMMINENT?

Southridge needs to buy a PERFUME COMPANY to cover the smell of @#$%^&*# that they are spreading all over the PR universe.
