I believe there are multiple efforts for UAV use in africa, and not that many with the capabilities Argus and BIB offer. price/performance appears to be one of the best. others are interested as shown below.

indy, you know what I love? These poor excuses for stock trading MMs have NO frickin idea what the future potential of this company really is and I can't wait for that day when our contract shows up in public and they scramble to find shares to sell because they will be so OVERWHELMED with BUYs, BUYS, and more BUYS as the price of our little penny stock floats/soars up so fast, it will make their heads spin around atop their worthless greedy shoulders!
