Even so, people always look at more issues as always bad. It depends on why, which we don't know yet.

They are probably strapped for cash at the moment. I think most start up mining companies are untill they actually start mining, and pulling stuff out of the ground. A buyback takes a lot of cash upfront. That money is probably needed for operating expenses. Diesel isnt cheap, and neither is heavy equipment.

MEZTIC, they have not ISSUED more, they have AUTHORIZED more. I would certainly hope you know the difference if you are investing REAL money
