I don't think the business plan of SRGE is to do the HEAVY mining at any of their location.
Seems SRGE develops and buys properties initially then goes JV with a much larger production mining operation that does all the work. This wording is in the SRGE PRs. Buy cheap property and sell off into JVs for HUGE profits.
