Where did the 154 pounds of JTR's emeralds come from and when? I am now more confident in Jay actually finding the JTR emeralds where he stated but was their really a brazillian emerald(s) in the boxes? From the enhancement by Scott M it furthers my belief in the Jay's emerald find but the value placed on JTR's emeralds is in question by me. Will it be $200,000,000 (million)? From the testimony received I still seem to feel the emeralds find is from 200 or more years ago. Mr. Silverstein does not take cases lightly and I feel he would not be fighting this hard without some knowledge we do not have, plus I feel he will have to set things right with the Fisher's (legally for such personally statements via their lawyers) after the Judge rules as per Spinner's thoughts. Have questions with regard to the ability to find the original copy in relation to a cash payment of $50,000 (where is the receipt for the cash from the bank or elsewhere) to Mike C. Further, the Judge may want to speak to Mike C. for his thoughts of how he came upon the map in the first place? But I am of the opinion that Mike C will be on the stand.
