Just haven't had much to say!! I don't believe that is the case from what I read. I think the documents from the Delaware case a few years ago which are part of the filed documents, even though they are heavily redacted, show Jay was not in control and the New York investors were looking at the admirality issue, and filing in the Caymans.
The newspaper also was clear this is a trial primarily about the title and ownership.
I really hope some detail is up on PACER. I think we all need to read the transcripts to see the truth. Everyting else has to be evaluated as Fisher spin, and I am tired of that propaganda.
