Now it looks to me like Carillo-Huettel closed its doors as per the link you provided http://www.pumpsanddumps.com/2012/11/pump-dump-incubator-carrillo-huettel.html. So wouldn't that mean that SRGE would need new legal representation as mentioned in a recent PR? In this instance, wouldn't that mean SRGE is telling the truth since they mentioned they are looking for new lawyers and isn't it a good thing they are no longer dealing with these scamsters?

IGLow - interesting to use the pumpanddump.com website as a source for a story regarding Carrillo Huettel to try the guilt by association to SRGE, yet ignore that same site doesn't even list SRGE as a P&D? So, a site's info is good when it supports one argument, but the main mission of the site, that is to identify P&Ds, is ignored when it doesn't support the other side of the argument?

Why that disconnect?

I don't know what the absolute truth is, we each have to believe what we believe. But how about this alternative perception - MAYBE C&H is "on the run", that does not absolutely mean they were assisting SRGE in committing fraud. Maybe SRGE was getting no response from they recently, therefore they have looked for new council. I don't know, but if you were closing on a house and hired a local guy and suddenly he was indicted on committing fraud with other clients, does that mean you were complicit? Does that mean your reputation should be tainted? In the end, if its proven so, fine. But you still haven't provided absolute proof.
