This is how they have secured financing, this is what they will use to leverage a big move up in sales and earnings for 2013 and beyond.
Stocks trade on future value and right now WAFR is trading at over 9x less than what it's worth to just liquidate the company assets. It doesn't take a genius to see this is a screaming buy at current PPS. It does however require that traders get the information because a tree can still fall in the woods even when no one is there to see or hear it.
