#27773 RE: TheBullTwit #27772

Its in the hands of new york apparently.

Perhaps. But it has not been accepted or the NY DOS website would show that Action Products International is "INACTIVE - Merged Out." I know this because I've called the Division of Corporations repeatedly and I've gotten the same answers every time. There is no merger, accepted or rejected. If accepted, the status of APII NY will change on the NY DOS website.

Not quite sure why it matters to keep bringing it up.

I'll keep bringing it up until the status of Action Products International changes ~OR~ until someone on this board informs me as to whom at the NY DOS I should be calling instead to get an answer.

And as for why it matters, well, it matters to WAFR and its shareholders because if the merger is not filed in NY, then it is not effective and CWS is arguably not a subsidiary of WAFR. It matters to CWS because, if the merger is not filed in NY, CWS remains on the hook for the half million owed to Sandia Technologies. And it may matter to Sandia Technologies, although frankly, I don't know which ownership is better for Don Pierce. I don't expect him to ever receive a dime of the settlement either way.
