Does this statement confirm there is nothing to really file in New york?

Better to ask, "WAFR, why, if there is nothing to really file in New York, did you announce in one PR that you were about to file in NY? Why in the next PR did you announce that you had filed in NY? And why did you provide "Supplemental Information" to OTCMarkets this week to "prove that the merger filings were "done"?

Except the filing of a Certificate of Merger doesn't show in New York. Why is that, WAFR?"

Better to ask that. IMO.
