Galaxy Blimps might have a fit with electric engines. However, the Argus Hybrid could also meet spec's with electric engine or a BIB with a bigger envelope and electric engine.

ijo: Good points, I didn't notice the deadline before I posted in a rush, and with WSGI's focus on a BIB contract/sale now, this wouldn't time in for us now, though it does show market interest in a product we could probably tailor-make, as we did with the BIB, given enough time and funding.
