Thanks, Nil. Some challenges:

1. IRS tax liability a disqualifier--need to do prime/sub agreement with a partner.
2. Deadline in 6 days.
3. Electric propulsion not carbon--Argus is carbon, don't know what Argus MTS is.
4. Delivery in 30 days from contract when things are hot and heavy with BiB. Probably why WSGI hasn't listed as an interested vendor.
