If the envelope can get to 65K AGL, I can bring it down! And many envelopes have gone to 65K before. Baumgartner was at 120K! Next year is time, I think. Just need to get WSGI proprietary envelope design, FAA permission under Part 101 unmanned and about $10K R and D funds! Highest regards, Indy.
